One of my photographs from the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Conference in 2015 made it as a flyer for the Foundation! The 2015 conference brought together researchers, survivors, and interested public for presentations and collaboration. I was also fortunate to be brought back for this year's conference + symposium. I'll post photos on that soon. Flyer provided to participants at the AA&MDS conference + symposiums!

One of my photographs from the 2011 demonstration against Keystone XL Pipeline in DC was published! At the time, roughly 1,200 people were arrested in a call to reject the pipeline. I had the opportunity to photograph the arrests in front of the White House and captured one young lady in particular that caught the eye of Patagonia. Shadia from Survival Media Agency, where I've worked as a photojournalist for a few years contacted me and let me know my photograph was picked for Patagonia's latest Tools for Grassroots Activists book. This book is packed with great information, other photographs and artwork from activists from all over the world. Get your copy today!
Paige & Michael are high school sweethearts that shared their wedding ceremony with an immensely loving group of family and friends. From the time I arrived to the time I left, laughter and kind words filled the air. These two are truly blessed. Thank you for having me!
Many congratulations to Adam & Chinae on their wedding last weekend! I had the joy of photographing these two and got to capture their gorgeous outdoor ceremony at Brookside Gardens in Silver Spring.Voting is TOMORROW! If you're a PG County resident, vote for Alonzo Washington. Voting is so important to ensure we have the right people in place who can represent our needs. Weeks of gardening have paid off! Sugar snap peas grow in abundance with care. We have plenty to eat. Come on over!
Larnell and Maria are a fun and laid back couple. Maria's parents were excited to help coordinate wedding plans and I chatted with Maria's father the most about photographs. Larnell & Maria had their ceremony locally at the Le Fontaine Bleue in Lanham, Maryland. With seven bridesmaids and groomsmen by their side, Larnell & Maria tied the knot in front of their family & friends. I worked with a very dear of mine, Leah of Gray Kammera, to capture their ceremony & reception.
Edith & Emmanuel greeted me with a hug the first time I met them. This charming couple has traveled long distances and kept strong bonds with their family & friends. They married in an outdoor garden at the H.P. Rawlings Conservatory in Druid Hill Park, Baltimore.

Big Mouth Coup Savage and the Snips Dasher Crimson Wave Curse Natural Velvet Fainting Spellss Sneaks Julie O After several long years in the healthcare field and nine children, there is no one more deserving of sweet retirement than Michael Fitzmaurice. I recently photographed their celebration and capture their growing family, closest friends and former coworkers! It's been wonderful seeing the Fitzies for several years now and I couldn't be more proud of my friend Ann. These lovely people are a joy, and if you grew up in the DC area, chances are you've already met one of the nine or Mr. Fitzmaurice's several grandchildren!
